Engagement In Your

Church Family

Churches can find it difficult to keep up with and meet the ever-changing, individual needs of members. We know the challenges of life and the size of membership can make it difficult to know who needs help and who is able to help. Sometimes, a person in your church can provide a needed service, without anyone being aware.

Through COMMUNITY, members can hire people whom they trust – a person they have a faith connection with. Or, just share what they have, whether knowledge, skill, or professional connections.

Helping

Church Leaders

We wanted to create something that helps members, all in one location, to see the needs of other members and meet them. With members engaging between  themselves, church leaders and administration only need to be involved in the process when necessary. And let’s be honest: We all know they have a LOT on
their plate already.

We believe that COMMUNITY can help promote a sense of family among church members as they engage with and support each other in a new (and fun) way.

It is needed...

and Biblical!

The Body of Christ was intended to encourage and support itself. Through our gifts and abilities, and by use of the “goods of this world”, the Church should edify, encourage and help its members in this life. We wanted to simplify the process of helping others in a practical way.

With COMMUNITY, churches can experience growth in unity, become more aware of the burdens of their brothers and sisters, and practice the love and sharing we are commanded in scripture to live by.

Unity is what our Lord asked of the Father before He ascended. Our unity is in the Spirit of God, whom we’ve all been given, but the Apostles’ teaching shows us that sharing our lives, building relationships and sharing what we have is a way that WE can work to advance Jesus’ desire on the earth. We have a part to play; we CAN live out this unity and love…and be known by them.

These verses inspired our heart for CommUnity

“And I am no longer in the world, but they are in the world, and I am coming to you. Holy Father keep them in your name, which you have given me, that they may be one, even as we are one.”

John 17:11

“But if anyone has the world’s goods and sees his brother in need, yet closes his heart against him, how does God’s love abide in him? Little children, let us not love in word or talk but in deed and in truth.”

1 John 3:17-18

“Rather, speaking the truth in love, we are to grow up in every way into him who is the head, into Christ, from whom the whole body, joined and held together by every joint with which it is equipped, when each part is working properly, makes the body grow so that it builds itself up in love.”

Ephesians 4:15-16

And let us not grow weary of doing good, for in due season we will reap, if we do not give up. So then, as we have opportunity, let us do good to everyone, and especially to those who are of the household of faith.

Galatians 6:9-10
